"I hired Mandini Construction to replaced several interior doors, exterior doors, storm doors, locks, window casing, and molding. Lee was my Mandini project manager. He was a very clear communicator, showed me all the options I wanted to explore, made a hassle-free change order when I decided to add an additional custom door, and was always punctual and respectful. I was referred to Mandini by a neighbor across the street, and I am very glad that I went with them to replace several interior and exterior doors, hardware, and additional window molding too. This has been one of the best experiences Iâ ve had hiring someone to do professional work on my home. I felt like Lee really went the extra mile for me, was thoughtful and intentional in how he approached my project, and he got things done according to the agreed upon schedule. "After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co. Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. I highly recommend Terry from Dynamic Construction located at 54588 Horizon Dr in Shelby Twp. He was prompt, polite and very reasonable. Thank you Terry for coming out on such short notice!"

""WOW" has been the reaction of everyone who has seen my remodeled house. I was referred to Mark Clements of MHRAC concerning a crack above my living room window. During the inspection it was found that the crack was due to termites and a few weeks later it was discovered that the damage, in different extents, was throughout the whole house. The initial plan was to repair the damaged areas, but eventually for everyone's peace of mind, it was decided to expose all wood and rebuild with new framing, drywall, floor replacement around the exterior of most rooms, then carpet and paint. This project was not in my plans as I was nearing retirement, but since I was already having extensive work done, I listened to Mark's suggestions and decided not only to repair but also upgrade my 40 year old house. MHRAC stayed within my budget and did everything to keep costs down. I ended up with a new house which now has updated electrical, a new roof and furnace, a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and a cleared out basement with an epoxied floor and half bath. I am totally pleased with the results and am happy to know that maintenance that would have become necessary eventually, has been done at a reasonable cost by a trustworthy contractor. Mark researched termite infestation, talked to other contractors, and consulted with Orkin, the company treating the termites. He brought with him very professional and friendly work crews. Many of the inspections included comments on a "job well done". I was made aware of all damages, and was immediately notified of any problems that arose. I was updated 2-3 times a week and whenever I stopped by the house I was given a tour of the progress and brought up to date on what would be next. I was consulted for any decision and often went with Mark to select a purchase after he had already researched for the best deals. I have been back in the house for almost a month and everything is going perfectly. I have had a chance to see and use everything. I would not hesitate to recommend MHRAC for all home repairs."

"Both John and Russ were courteous, arrived on time for the project, and kept me informed about the status of the project as they proceeded with it. Besides installing an interior door, they painted my front door, and repaired two bifold closet doors. They were able to repair rather than replace the tracking on the bifold doors and adjusted the cost accordingly. They also rekeyed all of my outdoor locks so that they matched; so that I only need one key to enter my house. They cleaned up after each day on the job. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I will definitely use them for other projects that I have around the house."

"Temo manufactured and installed a new Sunroom and Trex deck for us in 2020. The Sunroom install took place immediately after our state permitted outdoor construction due to the Covid19 virus.
