Reviews
Write a ReviewPricing beat the other quotes we got. Mike did a beautiful job on the patio. He was very professional, responsive and got the job done as quickly as possible. We would definitely hire Fairweather Creations again.
Mike is knowledgeable, professional and a hard worker. Iâ ll hire him every year going forward!
Great communication and easy set up of delivery. I 100% recommend
Mike did an excellent job recycling our pavers into a like new sidewalk and restoring the step to a safe, much better step up. Heâ s timely, efficient, talented, super friendly and a delight to work with. Iâ ve already found more landscaping projects for him!
I hired Andrew and Mike to create a tiered garden in our back patio in Fall 2022. While the project started ok, the project was wrought with delays and cost overruns. Mike would sometimes show up late and other times not at all. After the project was finished, I paid in full. Once the snow melted after the winter, there were major issues with the patio. These issues include pavers that had broken loose from the polymeric sand, walls pushed out due to heavy snowfall, a crooked walking path from the garage to the garden, and other issues other landscapers termed as & poor workmanship. I contacted Mike on May 22 advising he needed to come and take a look to see what could be done to correct the issues. He never responded. On May 23rd, I contacted him again stating we needed to have a discussion to get the problems resolved. Again, not response. Because Mike was not responding, I contacted Andrew also on May 23rd. He responded stating he would be in the area on Thursday (May 25th) and could take a look. He arrived on Thursday and we had a 30 minute discussion about the issues with the patio and surrounding area including a coaxial cable that was never buried and strung along the back of the house. Andrew stated he would not ghost me and would take care of the issues. I had not heard anything from Andrew after a week (June 1) so I texted again asking when he would be getting around to resolving the issues. He stated, I am waiting to hear back from a guy that is going to help me out with it. That was the last I heard from Andrew. I texted again on June 15, and again on July 6. After repeated attempts to get the issues resolved, I contacted my attorney and he sent a certified letter and email July 17th seeking a refund of the amount paid for the tiered garden so we could have the issues resolved with another landscaping contractor. After over a month, on August 20th, Mikes girlfriend and office manager, Kristi Bermel, sent a letter stating they would not be paying anything because it was our fault for choosing the stone that we did. I am now left with a garden that cost over $20,000 that will need a complete rework to be useable. PROCEED WITH USING THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
Great company to do business with, hard working crew. Good communication, everything completed including final details, will hire them again, highly recommend.
