Everyone from the project manager (Carl) to the foreman (Edgar) & his crew and the various service technicians were first-rate professionals. At every step of the way, quality was apparent especially in their attention to detail. For example, the foreman & his crew displayed true craftsmanship in all aspects of building our new room by taking the time to complete each phase of the job with exceptional distinction. The multiple cuts of the shoe molding in our room shows an exceptional sense of pride and talent that speaks highly of the entire Mark Meredith team. Most of all, the crew made the effort to move existing power, sprinkler and internet lines out of the way to ensure no disruption to our property or home life occurred during the entire 10 weeks. No one wants to be without power or internet especially in the winter months! In our book, the entire team aced it in building us a room that we will enjoy for years to come!

Mark and his crew are the epitome of professional. Sharp, responsive, and skilled. I've hired them a couple times in the past for a variety of jobs and they have more than met expectations. Their response to our initial call was fast. We had a leak so getting prompt service was very important to us. Quote was straight forward with options. Carl, Dago and the crew were great! Workers were very professional and considerate, always arrived as scheduled, and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Their attention to detail was awesome and we are very happy with the results! Our new shower looks awesome and we no longer have any leaks!! We would definitely use Mark Meredith LLC again.

Our old wooden deck was rotting and in need of rehab. Carl gave us an estimate to replace all the deck surface boards with a qualification that depended on the amount of rot we had in the old posts supporting the deck. Fortunately only a few required replacement and we did want the job to be done correctly. We also wanted a new sliding glass door to go along with our resurfaced deck. Saul and his helpers did the work on the deck and installed the door. These guys were great and made every effort to do the work professionally. They paid attention to details and did not hesitate in making corrections where necessary and to redo instead of covering up when necessary. The extra effort left us with a brand new look in our back yard and we could not be happier. I also know from past experience that if we find anything wrong with the work that Mark Meredith, LLC will send a crew to make it right.

I feel so lucky that we were linked up with Carl at Mark Meredith LLC. We got completely crushed on a home inspection and had 30 days to make our closing. If not, there goes our dream home we were trying to buy. Carl showed up the same day I contacted him and looked at the deck which was what I had originally wanted a quote for. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable! I think he has the Fairfax County building code memorized. He gave us a very competitive quote, so we decided to get his opinion on all the other items on our inspection list. Their trucks say "we do everything" and man - that is so true!!! He went through item by item and if something was fine (home inspectors have no idea what they're talking about sometimes), he gave us a written explanation why it was fine. One by one, each item was ticked off in record time. Without a doubt, we would have never gotten to close on our home in 30 days without Carl. His crew was so fast and they are true tradesmen! The work working was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. If we weren't selling and moving this company would be our go-to for all future home projects. Hoping we can find another Carl in our next area!

Mark Meredith and his team did a great job on our home repairs. We had a problem that caused water damage to our porch. Mark worked with us to investigate the root causes of the water damage and proposed solutions. He fixed the damage and fixed made changes to prevent problems in the future. He also installed a new fan on the porch, an outdoor handrail, and did interior plastering, painting and repairs in the bathroom. The work was done quickly and we felt it was high quality. We would work with him again.

Mark and his team arrived promptly and got to work fast. Long project but kept us informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.
