I was supposed to get the newer version of the heat/air conditioner that I had. . I did not get that. Instead I was overcharged for a mid grade unit. Which is going to be expensive to operate when I heat my home. The owner / manager ignores my calls for an explanation. I got duped by Snyder Iâ m sorry I chose this unethical company.
