"Highly recommend Diamond Roofing, Eugene and the whole crew to anyone who will listen. Their workmanship is fantastic. Their work ethic, timeliness, and clean up is also top notch. They were conscientious of noise and neighbors and asked for our approval on everything. Eugene was very communicative and got back to us on all of our many questions. He gave great recommendations and advice, and he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and price point. I had three bids for the roof, and Diamond came in with a fair price and a willingness to work with us. The best thing I can say is that Diamond kept all of their promises and even exceeded most of them: finished a full day early, very competitive bid, fit my schedule to the exact day, timely and communicative, got my roof scheduled and finished in under 3 weeks, etc. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the roof or the experience working with Diamond. If you are considering using them, you cannot do better."

Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. "The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our cedar shake roof with new asphalt shingle composition roof and sheathing. They were not the cheapest bid, but we gave them the contract as I felt they would try to hit a higher quality bar. CJ and Neil are an excellent team and did not disappoint us, very responsive and strive really hard to beat the customer expectations. Jose and his crew did a really good job, especially paying great attention to daily cleanups etc. We selected the LandMark Pro option from Certainteed. We are really happy with the end result and given the long warranty, hoping that we never have to call them again :-)"
