I am sorry to hear about your experience. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service and will look into the issue you shared with us here. How can we help? The technicians and the job notes said we repaired a leak on the outdoor coil caused by a screw through the refrigerant line you said happened when a friend did a repair. We then added the refrigerant needed and when we left it was working. The A/C failed hours later due to the compressor failing after we left. How can we help? We want to improve our 1/2 star rating and you know we worked with you on a plan for the first repair regardless of being a first time client.

"Today was the 3rd time I have had One Hour and Heat Air service my A/C unit of which I purchased it from them in 2013. All three service calls were accomplished in an extremely professional manner, and Each Service Technician was very courteous and very helpful. Today&#39;s service call was accomplished by Mr. Kameron Davis, a U. S. Army Veteran. Mr. Davis did an &#34;Outstanding&#34; job on my A/C unit, and I would &#34;Highly&#34; recommend One Hour Heating and Air for any problem with your A/C or Heating unit. Simply put&#34; They are the &#34;Very Best&#34; at what they do and, the people working for them are &#34;Outstanding &#34; "

"I am a 100% Disabled Veteran with Multiple Sclerosis, who has been taken advantage of by the MANAGEMENT STAFF of this company, in my opinion. First, the type of service performed was a &#34;BASIC COMFORT SYSTEM&#34; Installation - Heating and Air unit and the Total Price was $8,135.00. Date of Contract was 24 Jan 2019. Work was performed the next day 25 Jan 2019. If not for the MANAGEMENT STAFF, of this Company, I would have Happily given them a 5-star Review. My Invoice amount of $8,135.00 was PAID-IN-FULL on the 5th of Feb 2019 on my Discover Credit Card, given to this company over the phone and was accepted with no problems on my end. That is 10 Days after the work was completed. History of what led to my Nightmare: Saturday 2d Feb 2019 - I received their GreenSky Finance Company &#34;Terms and Conditions&#34; agreement on the 2nd of Feb 2019 and immediately called them to let them know I do not agree with their terms and would be seeking my own financing. Why on earth I would agree to finance $13,500.00 at 10.99% interest on an $8,135.00 loan was not acceptable when I can get a Loan with Discover Loans at 6.99% with terms that I do agree with as I have done business with them on 3 previous loans. Monday, 5th Feb 2019 - Notified Simmons One Hour Heating and Air that I would NOT be using GreenSky due to reasons above and immediately Gave them my Discover Credit Card number to Pay the invoice in Full. The card was accepted, everything was good on my end. Friday - 8th Feb 2019 I logged in to my Discover Credit card account intending to pay off the amount and was shocked to find the balance was not at the expected balance of a little over $9,000.00 but instead it was ONLY a little over $1,000.00. Somehow this Company Refunded my Payment to my Discover Credit account without my knowledge or consent a full Business Day After the transaction had been accepted. How Did they get my Credit Card information in order to do this? I contacted Discover at approximately 5 am and expressed my concern and ask me if I Authorized this return and I said NO. They are now Investigating. It is a Security Violation to Keep a Customer&#39;s Credit Card Information without consent not to mention after the invoice is Paid In full. I contacted the company a little after 9 am very angry and demanded to speak with Management, I informed them I had witnesses present and that the conversation was being recorded. The obvious Contempt this management expressed on this call was shocking knowing he was being recorded he proceeded to throw all 3 of the DIGITAL SIGNATURES at me as if I had done something wrong. I pointed out how Worthless those Digital Signatures were in this situation and he pointed out that they had been in business since 1953 as if that meant something so I snapped back with something like Glad you HAD a good run. He asked me to check my Email as he had sent me a copy of my invoice with all 3 Digital Signatures and the &#34;FINE"

"Great work by one hour heating. I have a simple issue that they were able to fix with an hour. They were also able to conduct annual maintenance on my unit and warranty for a reasonable price. I gave four stars because the technician could of done a better job at cleaning up after himself."

"They never called me to confirm appointment. HomeAdvisor did call to confirm appointment. Company should have called either way. Not calling at all shows lack of care and professionalism. "
