"Im tired of misogynists always taking advantage of a woman and doing everything he can to overcharge and then gets mad when I get my husband on the phone to back me up when I think that $960 minimum he wanted to charge is ridiculous. I tell him the spring needs replacing, so he does a 50 point inspection then tells me we aren't taking care of our stuff and that my husband is full of shit when we tell him we have done maintenance on the garage door. The repair guy was just pissed when we didn't want him to overcharge us. And when you use a stranger's bathroom, you Flush the toilet. This guy was a jerk and I wound up paying close to $600 for what should have been closer to $300, but he knew I literally could not get my car out of the garage and I was at his mercy. Never using this company again. What happened to companies running an honest business instead of their main goal being to screw customers out of as much money as possible?"

"The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful offering to return after my wife got home from work to link the remote to the new motor he had installed. I was surprised the Company policy is to charge for the service call ($119) even though I ultimately bought the repair service from them. My experience with repair services of all kinds is they almost always waive those charges if you have them do the repair at the time of the call. They did accept my coupon that allowed me to waive that service charge. However, that precluded me from being able to get any other discounts they offered on the coupon."

"Service charge to high price markup way to high tech was great but $440 to replace two springs it took only 5 mins to do the job. which I could have done if the $50 part was available anywhere in the area, but the tech was friendly and professional, but I would not recommend them for small repairs. too expensive for this little job."

"My tracked automatic garage door was sounding like a freight train. I got too used to it. Finally I had Precision Door come out and completely replace the track wheels. This reduced sound to a slight [[[Wrrrrr]]] sound when door opens or closes. The door itself does not crackle and bang anymore either. It acts like an entirely new garage door system - and it's over 30 years old. Well done Precision !!"

"Mr. Brown, was professional, examined problem, maded recommendations, I selected what I wanted, and also warrantee plan, he put in a new opener, in one hour, was extremely quick, knows his profession, friendly, nice, well mannered, easy to be with, had everything done, paperwork signed, any problems give him a call, and he will fix it, gave me a 3rd fob garage-door opener free .... he was very likable, and very handsome ... he showed me where old garage door opener was not working, and explored that area with the garage door down for very close inspection togetherwas the best ... beautiful new opener and man ... would like to have him back and do him a turn."

"I had an unusual situation of replacing an opener that was 37 years old. The new one is much lower and I do not know if it could have been installed some other way as not to have to bend my head under it. When Home Advisor wrote about a 15% discount, I did not get it and that disappointed me. The young man who did the installation worked hard an really seemed dedicated to Precision."

"I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. We had a problem with our garage door opener that they had installed in 2014. Jon Topping came out within a few days and replaced our old machine with a stronger unit under warranty with no questions asked. He also gave us a battery backup, new keypad and new car openers for free. What a stand up company! His visit only took 20 minutes. Our neighbor was so impressed that she came over and scheduled him for the next week. Thanks Jon and Precision Door!"
