Upstairs has a full bath,which has a non draining new sink, an old tub with original plumbing (circa 1920/1930`s) which needs updating, an updated working toilet. Would like to put a main floor drain and a H.E. laundry area, as well as a better designed full bath. Once upstairs is complete and functional, the second stage begins. Bathroom off the kitchen is the main bath. A major tear down to the studs and joists is needed.
