Comment: What we are hoping to do is get an estimate on a major multi room project(s). Would like to have it itemized out so it could be chunked into phases. One aspect of the project would be extending the garage, adding new trusses for bonus room above garage. Redoing the entry from the garage (increasing the size). Adding a skylight to the bathroom on the second floor. Adding zone heating through the house (2-3 zones). In the finished basement adding egress windows in the rec room.
