Comment: There was a water main break and the city came out and replaced the line from the shut off valve out front to about four feet under the house. But what i am finding out is that the previous tenant didnt report it immediately(whether he knew or not about the break i dont know) but i guess there was standing water for a month or more under the house. I have several cracks in the foundation, walls, and ceiling. I have sheetrock rot, mold, and subfloor rot. I am not for sure if the damage is worth claiming on ins or if it can be claimed. I am looking for a professional opinion and estimate as to repair cost, the extent of the damage and whether or not it is claimable on ins.
