Comment: I need two services. One is to repair the window unit in our detached garage, which is a large motel-type window unit...the unit started blowing non-cool air, so it appears perhaps the condenser needs to be repaired? The other service I need is...we have two A/C units in our house. One is for the smaller bedroom side of the house and it cools OK. The other unit is supposed to cool the larger half of the house which includes master bedroom, kitchen, dining and a very large living space with a high ceiling. This space never receives adequate cooling and is always hot in the summer. I have decided to add a window A/C unit in the back of the living room to help with this issue. I can purchase the unit separate or from whomever can install it. I need someone to come and look at the window we have to see what is required for installation.
