Lubricate shafts, motors and all moving parts. Inspect and clean electrical wiring connections: tighten loose connections. Clean condenser coils (brush and comb as required); clean drain pans, condensate components and place algae tabs, clean blowers, fans. Perform operational check of unit. Make adjustments on controls and other components as required. Including all economizer components. During operation of unit, check refrigerant pressure; add refrigerant as required. Check compressor oil level - add as required. Inspect freon system for leaks. Clean area around unit. Call site manager to schedule visit. You must have an appointment prior to site visit. Make sure the mall office has your insurance on file before visiting Notes: change filters with pleated. Record how many filters replaced. Also, record make, model, and SN of each unit
