Comment: This small piece of land was to be quit deeded to us upon the completion of the building of Creekside Housing Development, but the builder never did it. The people who bought the house next door were also told the land would be quit deeded to them. The City of Sumner allowed this housing develpement to be built around us, as they built up the land around us at least 5 feet, they had to put a fence around my property for safety reasons, they put in a gate to allow us access to our water main. The gate is on the same side as our neighbors and they are threatening us with tresspassing. The cops have been called by them a few times. This is really a very long story.
