Comment: This is a small, galley type kitchen. Surface unit and 1 xxxx oven and fridge on one side, sink, counter space and small penisula on the right. You walk thru the middle to get to the dining area and the rest of the house which is small ranch. Looking to have the cabinets painted in a buttercream then a light wash of a mocha to finish. Also need to have new hinges on all doors (Euro style self closing) and new slides on drawers (one or two may need some repair work. Cabinets are about 40 year old, custom birch plywood. I have sanded down and resealed ( with water based poly) about 10 or 12 years ago. Original finish was a light stain and varnish. Will also be intested in replacing the back splash and painting the kitchen/dining area after cabinets done.
