Comment: We own a 1970s vacation rental house in Sunriver. 3 of the windows have had the metal "insides" fall apart and are unable to open (or we can't close if they are opened). Two-three windows have moisture or "clouding" between the window pains. The two sliding glass doors don't roll smoothly...have cleaned the track many times. Seeing if there is a different solution. This is a vacation rental so you'd have to work around the renter's schedule (and our property management company). Thanks.
