Comment: Due to house settling our casement window is bowed slightly and now the window sticks and must be forced open and closed to use. I have tried the adjustment settings but it is not enough. I am looking to see if someone can take the swinging part of the window and frame out and modify it in order to open and close. I do not want to take the whole window frame out because of the damage it would do to the exterior stucco. BTW, the window is a Solaris vinyl window.
