Comment: Have removed soffits in kitchen to install new cabinets. A few small holes in ceiling where flourescent fixtues were removed. Rest of ceiling in good shape. Supposedly popcorn could be blended from smooth ceiling sections to existing good popcorn but I think a removal of existing popcorn and retexturing entire kitchen ceiling would provide a better product. Comment: Small bathroom 7ft 10 x 5 ft has small water damage from above on popcorn ceiling where a shower leaked from above. area about 6inches x 6 inches. How much would it cost to patch it? How much would it cost to take the old popcorn off that size ceiling and re-do? A management co has given quote and we think its excessive.
