Comment: Three separate projects here really. Firstly I am considering a partial garage remodel to a reversible living space. I would like the garage floor leveled. Removing the slope isn't an issue as the area would be protected from the elements with a weatherproof garage door. Not sure If I need to re pour or mud-jack the existing slab . The slap had cracked along the expansion gap lines I think as the slope changes a little from one "sub-slab" to the next. Apart from that it looks OK. The driveway has settled and a leveled garage floor would produce a lip of several inches into the garage. I would pout a little concrete ramp to keep the garage usable for cars in case I sell the property in the future. The driveway has also heaved a bit because of a tree root I think. Not sure if there is much point in re pouring that if there is a tree root underneath. Quite spalled concrete. The third area is the walkway to the front door the concrete is in good shape bug has sagged away from the house. T

Comment: Our covered front porch is settling and has two decorative collums /beams that are loose. The roof above the porch is noticeably slopping downward. I know it is suppose to a little, but I'm worried something worse might happen if we let it go unfixed.
