Comment: I had a new cement walkway and porch poured 12/10. The contractor maintained that Joey Perovich put a "special chemical" in the cement in order to pour it and have it be perfect even though it was done in the December cold. It has cracked. The Contractor will not even return my calls. I need this cement repaired before it cracks even worse. Thanks
