Comment: Looking to make an offer on a house and am curious about adding granite back splash in kitchen and also adding a breakfast bar counter in a nook with a bay window to increase storage capacity as well as seating.... possible custom seating/built-in. Also interested in replacing existing counter tops in 2/5 baths. One is a master with 2 (square cut outs) sinks and the other two baths are standard 1 sink (also square cut outs) counter tops.
