Comment: I have a small powder room approx. 40" X 70" inches and I want a counter top to fit across the width approx. 40". I want a cutout for a small under mount sink. Where the counter is going to be located one side will have a depth of only 15" because it buts up to the doorway. The other side can be deeper and would accommodate the sink. Therefore it would have to have a special cut in the front. I would also like backsplashes on the back and sides.
