Comment: I have a pressure treated deck that is at least 10 years old and has not been maintained. I think the deck can be removed and composite installed on the existing up-rights. The deck is not on the ground and is not attached to the house. I should have used a composite when it was originally installed. The new deck with need a two sets of stairs, one on the access side and one on the front, with gates on both openings, along with required rail on three sides. I also want an out door electrical socket installed.
