Comment: This project is located on the Ke Alii Ocean Villas complex located in Kihei across from Kam 1 beach. <br />The developer installed a playground equipment item next to the community pool. We are looking for the cost to remove the playground equipment and also the padding on the ground. We hope that the playground equipment could be saved and donated. <br /> <br />If interested, please contact me, Pat Ziegler at xxxxxxxx to arrange a site visit. <br /> <br />Also, does your company install rain gutters? We need an estimate to install rain gutters on the second and third floor lanais. This would be at the individual owners decision to proceed.
