Comment: Termite inspector found dry rot in corner support at floor level. Looks like a 4x4 just inside the stucco. I can push my finger into the wet wood. Will need board replaced where dry rot is present; chemical treat adjoining wood after repair; and replace stucco. Would like to get three estimates before proceeding with this work.
