Comment: My exterior front door (not sure what it is composed of) has problem with the hinges--the hinges don't stay screwed in and the door is literally coming off the frame--the hinges pull away from the frame; either the previous repair person stripped the screws or drilled holes crooked and screws are simply no longer fit tight enough to stay screwed in. The door is pretty much cannot be opened or closed without falling off. The rubber gasket weatherstripping at the bottom also needs replacing. I have been unable to find the proper gasket.
