Comment: Double wood framed glass French doors are "swollen/stuck" in the door frame vertically but there is a gap 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap where the two doors come together. We would like the doors to open and close in the door frame and to seal out the elements. I'm guessing the doors top/bottom needs to be planed and the "gap" needs appropriate stripping.

Comment: Purchasing a home which is now under contract....during home inspection, noticed that sidelights of the front door have interior caulking/ molding that is no longer snugly fitting into frame...this playlet looking caulking is between the two panes of glass and it is not possible to access. Homeowners have decided not to fix this unsightly problem due to the fact they were told the entire door and sidelights will need to be replaced in Ryder to correct the problem...After oing research, I believe they can be repaired...the home was built in 1999. We close aug 30th and would like to ave the problem fixed shortly after asking possession....any thoughts? Thanks so much!
