Comment: Hi There, I ordered a door and installation from Home Depot, but they've made a mess of things from the beginning. I think that I'll get a refund--it's been two weeks, and they haven't even made an appointment to have the door installed. The first time I called, they said that the salesman had followed not followed procedure and that he shouldn't have charged me for a door without sending someone for measurements first. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have a door. What I'm wondering if you'd be able to pick up the door and frame from someplace like Mendards, or if you sell a standard size exterior door.
