Comment: There are two locks with problems: 1. front door - deadbolt and exterior door lock. The exterior door lock does not have a metal inset in the door frame. As a result, the door cannot lock in place. I need this fixed and possibly the two locks replaced. 2. garden door opening to back yard - deadbolt and exterior lever lock. The lever lock is breaking - doesn't stay in the horizontal position - droops down. I would like all the locks checked. All of the door locks look terrible and should probably be replaced with bright long-lasting brass fixtures. Please let me know what kind of expense I am looking at here.
