Comment: I have a few small projects that need to be completed before I can put my house up for sale. A dryer vent in the lower level has a small leak, dry wall has already been removed. I need the dryer vent leak fixed and dry wall replaced. In the same room there is an area of dry wall that needs to be finished from a previous repair to include the replacing of two wall outlets. And finally, I have two dogs who have done significant damage to two windowsiles, which need to be reconditioned or replaced.
