Comment: Small water leak around chimney has left ceiling and short piece of trim molding damaged. Chimney is supposed to be waterproofed next week to fix problem (I had two roofing companies work on this in the past 4 years and had the ceiling repaired once before - hope this is the last time). Not sure if ceiling repair needs to replace drywall board or if it can be cosmetically fixed. The 3.5-4 inch piece of painted crown mold is damaged and needs replaced as well. If not too expensive I would also like my front door weatherstripping replaced/repaired. Thanks
