Comment: Light affixed to the wall (Sconce) across from utility room gives of an electric shock; this was mentioned to a repairman, who stated the sconce was poorly grounded. Breaker continues to trip, and a repairman mentioned the screws drilled into the panel box is probably the cause.

Comment: I need the following items looked at and addressed per a home inspector's notes 1. One electric outlet is not grounded in the dining room. Electrical issues are considered a safety concern until repaired. Recommend a qualified licensed electrical contractor should perform repairs that involve wiring. 2. One electrical outlet and box is loosely secured in the wall at front bedroom. Electrical issues are considered a safety concern until repaired. This means the small slot on the receptacle that should be the hot is now the neutral and the large slot is hot which should be the neutral. This creates the potential for shock.
