Comment: I have already taken off the existing light fixture. I have the fan, however, the installation is a bit tricky as i do not have the instruction manual, and there may be a part missing, but maybe not. There may be a need to cut the dry wall in the ceiling to make a larger circle to install. This should not be a hard job for someone experienced...i would guess less than an hour or work. I live in Santa Monica, so I would prefer hiring someone on the west side. Thanks! xxxxx
