Comment: I have a small yard at the townhome I own and rent out. The back fence and one stretch of the side fence, at least, are leaning because the posts have rotted out. Some slats need to be replaced. I need an estimate for labor and materials to replace posts -- probably 8 to 10 of them, and resecure fence. I will also need a breakout price on the wall I share with a neighbor, who is responsible for half the cost of that repair. I am sorry I don't have measurements at this time.
