Comment: Hi, I was wondering if your company did repairs to floors that have already been laid? My floor is engineered hardwood laid over a raised subfloor. We have a soft spot in a high traffic area in the kitchen that needs to be fixed before we do permanent damage to the interlocking pieces of wood. Pulling up the floor and relaying isn’t an option because the tongue and groove system is glued together. Injecting a resin isn’t an option because it’s floating and we really don’t want to drill into the wood (or underlayment). We were thinking that going under the house into the crawlspace would be the only way to fix it but we’re not sure what the best approach is. If your company doesn’t do this type of work, could you refer me to a company that does? I really want to get this fixed.
