Comment: I have a town home that I rent out and because of the prior renters, the carpet in one, 10x11 room, the upper landing, 13 stairs, and another landing has been torn out by us. We plan to put kilz down on the floor and then have the carpet laid. The job needs to be done within 2 weeks, as the other renter is moving back in.I think i would like to use a dense short fiber and 8 ib pad. They say friese style is the best for high traffic but I just dont like it. I plan to contrast this area to the other part of the house which is carpeted.
