Comment: Good Day, I may have already contacted you earlier this spring for a quote on a residential detached garage in Cedar Rapids, if so the dimensions have changed. Dave Weber concrete and another bid from outside town have submitted quotes for a 20ft W X 30ft D floating slab 4in thick with 12in X 12 footing reinforced with #4 re-bar, gravel base. Plus apron to city street way. Weber came in at $3500 US which was less than other. I did not care for Weber's service.
