It's gotten 2 general inspections and a foundation engineer (Keith Gholizadeh, P.E of KG Structures) inspection. The basement walls are bowing and need to be completely replaced. I have the foundation engineer's report that I can provide and the general inspection report. I need to get this job quoted so that I can provide quotes to the seller to move forward with the purchasing process and am looking to get this done as soon as possible.
