Comment: We just bought a duplex. Both sidea have partial cement basement but it was chipped and broken so one side needs a complete replacement and the other needs cement in certain areas. My guess is that we need 3 yards in total. I am looking for the lowest cost solution so if I have to get laborers to move the cement from the front street to the basement using wheel barrows that is fine. I would like to receive a quote with both options: 1) I take care of hauling the cement or 2) you pump it right in and finish it.
