We need a replacement pull-down (non-electric) garage door, and prefer a white vinyl-coated 8 x 7 door with tension springs and 3" LHR front-mounted tracks and exterior key lock on handle. This door is only entrance to garage - there are no other side or front doors. Insulation is not an issue/ factor. Installation requires addition of 3 wood pads measuring 2 x 4 x 8, and 1 measuring 2 x 6 x 8. Please include removal and dispersal of current door in quote. There is electricity at the site (although we're not looking for an electric door), the floor is poured, and the headroom is 6.5 feet. Thank you.
