Comment: The garage would be located on the existing driveway, in front of the old garage (right side of house) I checked with the Insurance compancy, and the structure can be wood. The City Plan Review (Rob xxxxxxxxxxxx) stated we have a 20 foot set back from the property line. Electrical by Owner (Optional) Block ( Breakout an add cost for this option) I'm hoping to stay in the $22/sq.ft. budget, $5500, so let me know if there are any concerns.
