These are: REPAIR SIDING (This is a very small (10 inch) area in the vinyl siding which was damaged by a weed eater.) REPAIR GUTTERS (Need to replace one downspout and seal one area) REPAIR MSTR BATHRM, DINING RM & KITCHEN CEILINGS (These ceilings have stains, but are not warped at all from water damage - need only PAINT to repair) REPAIR FRONT SIDELIGHTS (Slight deterioration of paint at bottom of trim - can be sanded and painted) We close on the house May 22nd, so we need this quote ASAP to show our lender. Comment: I HAD A-2-Z Services to repair a refrigerator purchased with house;they said it needed a valve pd $441.92. refrigerator would not make crushed ice or cubed ice from door or not at all. told this to Jerry when he first came out. 2ndtime he came out hr said it needed a new motor pd $250.00 wrote check on 3-30 Jerry said it would take 2 wks it has been 4 wks. no motor and after numerous phone calls to A-2-Z Services i have received NO returned calls. i am very discussed and want to let you know how i feel. i think i have been taken on this one i could have bought a new side by side for what i have put into this refrigerator. i will not recommend A -2-Z Services to anyone.
