We are for sure having an inspection of the well and plumbing. We accepted the counter offer this past Monday evening and have until the 21st to get the inspections done. Can you give a rough estimate of how much a whole house inspection would cost and how much it would cost just to check the electrical components of the house? Unfortunately because of our work schedules it is faster to e-mail back and forth. Because of where I work I don't have access to my cell phone but I can return calls eventually.
