Some of the trim needs to be repaired or replaced, some damaged or missing. Also, we are replacing kitchen cabinets and will need someone to repair water damaged wall, install cabinets and coutertops. I will be home from 4/8/13 to 4/18/13 if you could arrange to come by to look at the projects and give an estimate so I can buget it in.
