Comment: I have a 10 yr old Kodiak arctic spa that i just replaced the pump on. problem is the the old pump the first time i hooked up power to it took forever to finally turn on. all you could hear i the relay clicking when you hit the pump 1 button. Well now the same thing is happening with the brand new pump but this time it has not turned on like the replaced pump did. Wiring is correct per the diagram.
