Comment: I live in a codo, MacArthur Square, Center and Gratiot, Saginaw MI. I live on the top floor and the lack of insulation in the ceiling, and the fact that the heating ducts are in the ceiling, are making the floors very cold. I am guessing the problem is in the attic, but the walls might also be an issue, especially on the northeast corner. Also considering ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
