Comment: This is an area near a underground spring fed creek when it rains but close to the house...So far bermuda grew a little but mostly weeds have grown there and now they are all killed off so we are near bare dirt but it also borders my patio entertaiment area. It gets water on it when the creek runs over but not for long and usually only about 2 inches deep and it runs off as soon as rain stops...
