Comment: We have been experiencing allergy-like symtoms for a substantial period of time while in the office. Comment: I went to my Mother's house Saturday and was shocked at the condition. I knew she might have mold issues in the crawl space because a pipe broke, but there is water damage in the ceiling from the roof that now has black mold on it. I'm not sure where else there might be mold. We need to know if everything inside needs to be trashed or if some items (TV, etc.) can be salvaged. She left the crawl space access in her coat closet open to help it dry out, but that just opened into the house and now there are spiders everywhere! Mom left water in the toilet bowl and theirs mold on the toilet now, but not black mold. She's called two mold specialists so far and both no-showed! We really need to know how much this is going to cost to fix. My Mom hasn't been living in her house for a year now. Thank you!!
