Comment: My request is a bit unique. It is not actually a house I need built..I am building a drive-in movie theater in Dover, and my primary quote need is now for a concession stand! They are usually one story, made of cinder block and have a flat roof. Restrooms, cooking area, and a counter. Very basic setup. It does not HAVE to be cinder block, I am open to ideas. There is usually no basement, so probably a poured concrete floor. We have located a property on 6th street in Dover and our expectation is to have the site purchased and prepared by the spring of 2013. I put "under 100K" for a budget because I have no idea what this might cost. Any kind of estimate would be a great help. Other structures such as projection booths, screen towers, ticket booths, etc would be additional work that we would be looking for a contractor to handle (but that can be a different quote!)
