Comment: I am a licensed builder that built this house in Asheville in 2009 but no longer work in the area. There are several areas where the drywall tape is pealing and neeeds to be PROPERLY repaired. It is a day job but one area is on a vaulted ceiling more that 20 feet maybe 25? Possibly can be done with a ladder or perhaps will require scaffolding? All other areas are stepladder height.
