Comment: We have a line that drains all the kitchen wastewater and laundry room. The waste water has been overflowing into the basement sink for a while. We have been cleaning it out with snakes and most recently. We noticed after the most recent rain events that the wastewater is accumulating in our sump pump (bad sewer odor from there) and being discharged to the yard by the sump pump. We will at least need a line cleanout but we also suspect there must be a break or crack somewhere in the sewer line that runs under the basement floor. We want a cleanout, investigation of the line and options for repair with estimates.
